Notes:Orange County Water District votes on Dec. 9th on whether to lease land to CPV to build a power plant in Anaheim. Also, I learned that the energy company Valero is in the process of wanting to transport via rail of Tar Sands Oil from Canada to Wilmington at LA Port. Sierra Club is working to stop both of these projects.
