What we’re about
We are a bunch of people who enjoy running and socialising afterwards. We are made up of an international crowd ranging from beginners to advanced distance runners (and everything in between). We have 2 weekly regular runs (Saturday morning and Wednesday evening), which both end with us going for a coffee/drink. Our runs are free to join and open to all levels. Disclaimer : all runners run at their own risk - please make sure you are safe and fit to run

We meet outside the National Theatre (NT) main entrance (river side), setting off at 7pm. Our route is a 7.5km (4.7 miles) loop around the river crossing Tower Bridge and finishing on Waterloo Bridge.Everyone runs their own pace and we welcome all levels of runners. We do ask that you are comfortable with this distance and are able to run at a pace of at least 6 min/km.
After the run we go for a drink at The Understudy (KERB at the National Theatre). The NT have cloakrooms which we can use as a bag drop, though this can’t always be guaranteed as they sometimes have multiple performances on at the same time, and very occasionally none at all.
If you find yourself unable to attend, out of courtesy to the host and other attendees, we ask that you update your RSVP so we know who will be joining us on the night!

- Long Run - Windsor Great ParkWindsor & Eton Central, Berkshire
This month we will be heading out to Royal Windsor and running a loop of Windsor Great Park. The route will be approximately 21km along a mixture of paved driveways, gravel and dirt trails. There are also a few hills amounting to around 160m elevation along the route. We will all try to run together, adjusting the pace to suit the group somewhere between 5:30 and 6:00/km.
We will set off from outside Black Sheep Coffee under the Jubilee Arch entrance to Windsor & Eton Central railway station at 10:30am. After the run we will go for food and drink at a pub in Windsor before catching the train back to London
Note that Windsor has two railway stations! Those traveling from London should catch a train from either Paddington to Windsor & Eton Central (approx 45 minutes with one change at Slough), or from Waterloo to Windsor & Eton Riverside (approx 55 minutes direct and then a 10 minute walk). An Off-Peak Day Return should cost £14.20 (£9.94 with railcard)
Please make sure you are comfortable with this kind of distance. We would recommend you try our shorter runs on Wednesday evenings or Saturday mornings, especially if you are relatively new to running. There will be no bag drop, so please bring everything you need in a small backpack including water and snacks. Please keep checking back for up to date details on this run and update your RSVP if you are no longer able to attend. We look forward to seeing you there!
The provisional route map can be found here or on our Strava page.
