A 5- or 10-month online programme in 2 parts, designed to accelerate your capacity to transform your teams and organisation to be highly adaptive to change while bringing everyone on board.
What is Systemic Agility?
Systemic Agility is an ever evolving collection of practices, underpinned by systemic principles, that facilitators, coaches and change agents can start using right away to transform their teams and organisations to be highly effective and adaptive to change.Part 1 - The Enterprise Agility Deep Dive
What makes the Lean Change approach different?
Sometimes, as change agents, we forget that organisations are social systems. While our brains desperately want change to follow a linear and standardised progression, we know complex organisational change never has, and never will, work that way. Lean Change Management is a co-created, feedback-driven approach to change inspired by Lean Startup, Agile, Design Thinking and Complexity Thinking.
The Enterprise Agility Deep Dive with Lean Change Management is designed to equip you with the skills to deal with the most pressing challenges facing enterprise coaches and facilitators today.
- How can we facilitate organisational alignment for change?
- How can we adapt our organisational design for agility and adaptivity to change?
- How can we embrace and reduce uncertainty by iterating our way through change?
- How can we integrate change management to transition to agile ways of working in an agile way?
- How can we apply lean-agile practices to complex agile transformation programmes?
- How can we reframe resistance to change by changing how we think about change?
Part 2 - The Team Agility Deep Dive
What makes the Systemic Team Agility Deep Dive different?
Radical shifts are happening. Many teams are disillusioned with the promise of “Agile” to transform their ways of working. Hybrid working has provided additional challenges.
It’s not that good processes and tools aren’t necessary – they certainly are. But how we facilitate, coach, mentor and teach teams to collaborate effectively both in-person and online makes a vastly greater impact than simply following frameworks and tools.
This Team Agility Deep Dive is for anybody who wants to dive deeply into the DNA of what makes teams highly effective and how to transform a team from stuckness to agility and flow.

Past Participant Feedback
"I am the kind of person that learns from experience rather than books, hence I signed up for the coaching circle. I wanted to hear from the experiences of others – and also contribute mine.
Participating in the monthly circle meetings did not only help me develop solutions and next steps for my own challenges and project situations I was facing at the time. It also gave me an opportunity to enhance my coaching skills by helping other participants to explore the scenarios they shared."
--NICOLE N., MUENSTER, GERMANY--What is a coaching circle?
A coaching circle is a closed group that meets regularly over several months. During each session, circle members have the opportunity to support each other on current work challenges or issues.
What’s the benefit of being part of a coaching circle?
Being a team or enterprise coach, facilitator or change agent can often be quite a lonely place. People in such roles often spend the majority of their time supporting others whilst themselves feeling unsupported. A coaching circle is a safe place to explore their fears and concerns and to work through problems and stuck patterns that often they’re not able to work through on their own.
What are the main methods used?
The main methods used are Action Learning Sets and Dialogue.
An Action Learning Set is a closed group that meets regularly over several months. During each session, members have the opportunity to support each other on current work challenges. The objective is to explore a question from your work with discussion and input from a group of colleagues, so that you learn from their thinking and experience and from the questions they bring. It is a deeply enriching process and a wonderful way of learning through reflection and shared experience.
Dialogue, on the other hand, allows for a more organic process to unfold, so that powerful insights emerge from the group field.
This combination of Action Learning and Dialogue makes for a very powerful combination of actively working on individual challenges whilst simultaneously allowing for the emergence of insights in a more co-created, generative way.
We may draw on other approaches including Systemic Constellations, Presencing Institute’s Case Clinics, Bohmian Dialogue, Relational Mindfulness and Insight Dialogue.Other benefits:
- Receive support in finding new creative solutions to challenges or issues in your day-to-day work as a coach or practitioner
- Work through issues relating to you and your work teams, allowing you to go back and approach them with confidence
- Develop yourself and your career
- Learn from the experiences of others
- Enhance team working and collaboration skills
- Develop problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Enhance your ability to reflect on and learn from individual and collective experiences
- Develop awareness of how individual behaviours, attitudes and assumptions impact on individual and team performance
In addition you will:
- Practice reflective learning both individually and as a group
- Receive support on your progress month-by-month
- Develop networks and relationships with fellow coaches that are deeper than most work relationships
