We've found the Lean Startup methodology is an extremely effective way to do that. Lean startup is a collection of techniques built around maximizing validated customer learning through fast Build/Measure/Learn iteration loops.
Lean: Accomplish your objectives wasting a minimum of resources, especially time.
Startup: A human institution creating a new product or service under conditions of extreme uncertainty.
Mindset: Entrepreneurs who are interested to "know what they don't know" about their market and committed to learning through evidence.
We're not: A general entrepreneurship, networking or professional meetup group.
We're a group of entrepreneurs taking lean startup and customer development techniques to practice in our startups. We welcome any suggestions you have on programming ideas, topics, speakers or lean startup-specific resources to share with the group.
We're ready to talk implementation and share data from our experiments. This is a group to encourage regular conversations for anyone interested in the application of Lean Startup Principles and the Customer Development process developed by Steve Blank and refined by Eric Ries.
