Lean UX Basics:
"Providing users with the best experience in an efficient way is a challenge for most product teams. To create great experiences, all team members - product managers, developers and designers need to think about the outcomes for the users. Lean UX is a collection of practices and methods that focuses on this collaboration, by improving the understanding of the product experience. In my talk I'll show the principles and the process of lean UX from the benefits of cross-functional teams to getting user feedback on MVPs. I'll also include lessons learned while working on the workgroup product of Prezi."

Designing for Smatwatches:
"Remember the time when cross platform optimization meant fiddling with the quirks of Internet Explorer and adjust the paddings on Netscape? It wasn’t long ago, yet it couldn’t be further away. Now you are not just clicking with a mouse but swiping with your fingers, commanding with your voice, glancing upwards on a semitransparent mirror. With some platforms you are still sitting, others let you be on the move, while this latest restricts you to use only one hand, as the device is strapped on the other. As a small team seeking perfection in user experience both for our global clients and our own products, we have to develop experiences working across all the latest platforms. We needed a lean UX process to achieve this, and exploring the smartwatch platform seemed like an ideal test case. I would like to share our findings, some of you might find it useful."
