We have a new meeting place and time. From now on, we'll be holding our monthly Meetup at The Duck Club, in Irvine, on the 4th Sunday of the month.
We will be serving a light supper.
Menu for Sunday, March 27th ($18.00, including all costs)

Chicken, beef or vegetable skewers, spinach and Bibb lettuce salad with strawberries, garlic roasted hummus with pita chips
Carrot Cake with Cinnamon Whipped Cream or cookies

Program: We are witnessing a revival of the labor movement in the mid-west. We have seen the Mayor City of Costa Mesa mimic the Governor of Wisconsin in an action that has just driven an employee to suicide. Will California's workers join the populist awakening that seems to be sweeping the mid-west? Please plan to join us and Florice Hoffman, noted Orange County labor attorney and activist as she discusses the interaction of jobs and politics.
