Dr. Jere Lipps (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jere_H._Lipps), Director of the John D Cooper Center (http://coopercenter.fullerton.edu/), will be presenting his research on local issues in Orange County regarding sea level rise and related topics. With a background studying the fossil records of climate change, Dr. Lipps was a research scientist for 10 years in Antarctica.
