We are fortunate to be living at a time when the Indian economy is abuzz with new ideas and a new hope. Everyone is interested in building his own start-Up business. Unfortunately, most of us have no idea of what it really takes to grow our businesses.
A millionaire businessman I greatly admire once said "We are all in the marketing business. We just don't know it yet."
The truth is that anyone can make it big provided you go about it the right way, with the right kind of help. Those of you who don't have that help have to learn to do it all by yourselves along with running the remaining operations of your business. We provide that learning here. That is the basic idea of this meetup group.
Setting up a business is a minefield. There are pitfalls and there are opportunities. As in any venture, there are threats that can be avoided and opportunities that can be exploited if there is someone to guide you.
Lets get together and help each other out. We can learn from each other as well as bring in experienced mentors to make our way easier, smoother and provide us with necessary knowledge. Whether you have already started your small business or you are still thinking about it, you will get all the knowledge you need about building your business from this meetup group.
Our subjects will include : Branding, Marketing, Email Marketing, Product Design, SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Print marketing, Lead Generation, Service Marketing, Pricing and any other subjects you find relevant.
We'll try to keep our meetups free for everyone's benefit. We may even bring in experts - depending on the subject matter and the knowledge being imparted. No matter the format, I am absolutely convinced each one of us can only gain from such a venture.
