Synopsis: Improvisational theater (improv) skills build your confidence in your ability to speak up when it counts. This presentation involves you in improv exercises which apply the lessons learned to presentation skills. In this fun, interactive session you'll laugh and play along with the other players in the room.

- Exercises that build your ability to speak impromptu
- Real life examples and applications of improv skills that improve presentation skills
- Make a deeper audience connection, by being present and in the moment

About the Speaker. Elaine Lung is a presentation skills expert, who helps professionals improve their speaking and leadership skills, using improvisational theater techniques. She has studied improv with the San Francisco Bay Area improv schools: ComedySportz, BATS, and Made Up Theatre. She is a Certified World Class Speaking Coach and co-founder of the first San Francisco Bay Area Toastmasters club that specializes in applied improv skills: the Silicon Valley ImprovMasters. Elaine’s prior experience also includes extensive practice as a IT project manager with Xilinx and as an engineer with Xicor. Elaine earned a BSCE in Computer Engineering from Case Western Reserve University.
