Arabs in Vancouver

If you're like us and need a little bit of Arabia in your life, then this is the group for you! Everyone's welcome whether you're Middle Eastern and miss your family/friends, or you're just interested in the culture or language.
Not all events will be strictly about the culture, it's just a chance for Arabs in Vancouver to meet up and have some fun together!

This group is meant to be a safe and fun way for us all to connect, explore and hopefully create great friendships along the way. Having some guidelines can help us make this a positive experience for everyone involved.
Group Guidelines: (please read and respect them)

1. Before joining the group, please have a profile picture that shows your face clearly.
2. Your beliefs are your own, not everyone has to share them. Feel free to express them, but please don't impose them.
3. Please respect the group's time and don't be late. We'll wait up to 10 minutes to allow for transportation mishaps, but we hope you'll understand that we can't wait longer.
4. Please respect your RSVP. We know things change, just let us know! If you miss 3 events you've RSVP'd yes to, you'll be removed from the group.
5. Keep conversations light. Don't overload people with negative conversations.
6. Group pictures will be posted online. If you don't want your pictures shared, the safest way would be to opt out of the group pictures.
7. We don't offer refunds 48hrs before the event. This policy can be extended based on the nature event.
