UPDATE: FEBRUARY 13, 2024
Starting the week of March 4, 2024, 50-Plus will start to phase out of Meetup. This is due to the many complications and subsequent complaints that have come up as the platform has upgraded and changed over the years. The plan is to move to a weekly email that will be sent to all those who sign up and then post a weekly list of the weeks events on Meetup up through June 30, 2024. Starting March 5, 2024 you will no longer be able to RSVP on Meetup as the email will contain links that members can use to RSVP to our various activities. We have done a couple of pilots with this and it seems to have worked out well. Our members will also be able to opt-in to get a text message reminder. Please be on the lookout for an email to sign up and provide your up to date contact info.

ABOUT 50-PLUS: We are a diverse and multicultural social & wellness  support network for Men who have Sex with Men (MSM), Gay/Bisexual/Trans men (FTM), HIV-negative and HIV-positive, 50 years and older in the San Francisco Bay Area. 
This group is focused on:

> • Developing a plan for health and wellness

> • Building friendship and social connection

> • Personal 'share and support' groups

> • Contributing to our community with volunteer projects that 'make a difference'

> • Helping our brothers who need a helping hand

We meet weekly in San Francisco in person and virtually. Participation in this Meetup is subject to the 50-Plus Meetup Guidelines posted in the Files section of this Meetup : https://www.meetup.com/50-Plus-Network-Gay-Bi-Trans-Men-over-50-in-San-Francisco/files.
